The GSMA and its members are often asked for guidance on the establishment and maintenance of roaming relationships. It is acknowledged that this work can sometimes be difficult: the courseware has been developed to meet these requirements. The courseware is relevant for both managers and operatives in mobile network operators as well as roaming related entities such as Billing System Providers, Data Clearing House, Financial Clearing Houses and GSM Standard Supporters.
