No-load consumption <= 0.15W
Meet or exceed EU directive 278/2009 energy efficiency targets
Comply with USB-IF Battery Charging Specifications 1.1
2. Common Detachable Cable
Standard-A plug on CPS end
Micro-B plug on Terminal end
Meet all characteristics defined in USB-IF Specification 2.0
3. Charging and Local Data connector
Micro-B or Micro-AB receptacle capable of charging the terminal battery
Meet all characteristics defined in USB-IF Micro-USB 1.01
The Universal Charging Solution includes high efficiency targets including the re-use of chargers across multiple terminals; reduction of wastage by enabling mobile terminals to be sold with no charger in the box, and the removal of the requirement for every new terminal to be sold with a dedicated charger.
