The Journey to Green Power Solutions
The Green Power for Mobile (GPM) programme aims to help member mobile operators select and roll out green power solutions within their network infrastructures. The GPM website has been created to guide operators through the process; from understanding the business opportunities, to deciding if green power is technically feasible in a specific geography, to highlighting how green power solutions can form part of corporate social responsibility.

Green power solutions have been used successfully in numerous regions by a large number of operators. Green Power for Mobile is developing case studies of these success stories to highlight the viability of green power on a commercial scale. See further information on green power success stories.
GPM Operator Working Group
The GPM Operator Working Group will consist of more than 30 operators that have indicated a commitment to Green Power for Mobile and have allocated delegates for quarterly meetings. The Working Group will provide a forum to highlight operator best practice, address industry challenges related to GPM, and collectively assess available products and solutions.
