GSMA: Risk Communication Guide for Mobile Phones and Base Stations

The GSMA has produced a handbook that aims to provide practical guidance and support on good risk communication practice for people working in the mobile industry, especially those who are facing public concerns about radio signals.

UK: HPA response to Khurana et al
The Health Protection Agency has commented the differences among studies are not taken fully into account in the meta-analysis of Khurana et al. which suggested a link between prolonged usage of mobile phones and the development of brain tumours.

USA: Cellphone shields and brain cancer
Inevitably, worries about brain cancer spawned a market for products that supposedly protect cellphone users. The bottom line: Most experts think these devices are worthless.
