The digital divide is a vast issue encompassing many elements and a lot of research and work on the topic exists. We have created this section to provide access to other relevant information related to the digital divide. This list of resources is by no means exhaustive.
1. Paper title- "Telecoms demand: measures for improving affordability in developing countries - A toolkit for action". This paper is one of a series produced for the World Dialogue on Regulation (WDR), a project that facilitates an international dialogue to generate and disseminate new knowledge on frontier issues in regulation and governance to support the development of network economies.
