This new section has been created to showcase the Success Stories of Associate Members and Members to numerous high value global wireless customers and influential professionals within the wireless industry.

This is an opportunity for your company to showcase how you have benefited the industry through your product or service.

Who can submit a story?
Members and Associate Members of the GSM Association whereby GSM operators all around the world can learn from success story experiences provided by this new complimentary benefit.

Viewers
The user audience is comprised of a number of key areas such as Network Operators, Manufacturers & Suppliers, Investors, Government, Market Analysts, Global Media, and GSM consumers.

From the homepage of GSMWorld.com, a link will connect to the Success Story section. The front page of this section will have the following format for each company featured:

  • A 200 word introduction (or longer if no click through)
  • Your company Logo
  • A quote referring to the benefits of being a GSM Association member

A link will click through to another page with more detailed information provided by you. This can support:

  • Graphics (picture of CEO, Team, Product/s)
  • Video Interview e.g. Company CEO talking about the GSM Industry and your organisation's role in it.
  • White Paper - that your company has produced
  • Case study - that may be of interest to operators
  • Links to websites, product description, video clips etc

Or
A link will click through directly to the success story on your website, bringing viewers directly into your site.

Frequency and duration
It is the aim of the GSM Association to offer this benefit to two member companies each month. The feature will then be moved to an archive page and will remain accessible.

  • How your company helped solve a GSM operator's problem
  • How your company helped improve an operator's profit margin
  • How your company/product is assisting the GSM Industry
  • Advice/suggestions to GSM operators

Infocentre
There will be a link from the Infocentre to guide a further 13,000 viewers to this section. The Infocentre is a significant source of information exclusively for GSMA membership. This one-stop-shop has the most up-to-date and comprehensive compilation of technical, and working group meeting documents, papers, presentations, etc on 2G, 3GSM, GPRS, roaming data, handsets and terminals, billing, environmental issues etc.

Selection Process

  • This offer will be on a first come first served basis and will rotate around the interested associate member organisations.
  • Relevance to current hot topics will also be taken into consideration.
  • The GSM Association will review and select material submitted and reserves final editorial rights.
  • All information to be published must be 100% accurate
  • Consent of all parties named or implicitly identified will be required
  • No information to be published can be company confidential.
  • The GSM Association cannot facilitate the sharing of confidential information for anti-competitive reasons
